PACKING/POSTAGE & DELIVERY
Items will be carefully packaged using recycled packing materials where possible then delivered on a flat rate option with NZ Post.
Please allow up to three business days for your order to be produced as we make to order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is posted. Please allow an additional two to three business days for delivery.
Postal prices within NZ:
Free delivery when you spend $1oo or more per order
Orders under $100 - flat rate fee $10
Orders under $100, delivered within Waiheke Island - flat rate fee $5
Note: Delivery within Waiheke Island is not via registered post, we will personally deliver
DAMAGED ITEM - REFUNDS
If any of your items arrive damaged or faulty, we are sorry to hear this. Please photograph item and send to islandboho@hotmail.com within 48 hours of receiving items. Once we are satisfied it isn't due to faults other than our own, i.e. postal damage or misuse of item, we will then issue a refund for the item, postage excluded. You may request a replacement of the item instead of a refund. Please note: Refunds or replacements will not be issued for change of mind regarding scent/colour type etc.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Parcels will be tracked via NZ POST . Your tracking number will be sent with the postage confirmation email.
